About Me!

It was 2020 , I was 40 years old and the typical office worker—unable to touch my toes, inflexible, and tightening up from hours at a desk.  I had locked up hips, tight hamstring and back and my fitness was in decline.  Determined to change, I joined Kickboxing, aiming to become more flexible, strong, and fit, ultimately achieving my Black Belt. 🥋🥊


😖 Frustrated by the lack of realistic, holistic fitness advice —I embarked on a journey to prove that improved mobility, flexibility and strength are achievable at any age. I trained as a Personal Trainer, a Science of Stretching ® (YogaBody) coach, and Hatton Academy boxing instructor, making myself the guinea pig! My goal is  to achieve lasting flexibility and mobility, ensuring a healthier future.  I want to help you achieve those things too! 


Inspired by the martial arts, the science of stretching and holistic health and well-being - I designed a fitness programme that combines the 4 Elements of Fire, Air, Water and Earth into a completely balanced way of getting fit and healthy. Let me show you how to escape the "3 sets of 10" mentality and become all around stronger, more flexible, and healthy. I'm 45 now, but younger than I have ever been. 😊

Why me?

Paul Evans - BA (Hons), PGCert, SAC, DIP - is a  qualified personal trainer, Science of Stretching® Coach, and Hatton Academy Certified Boxing Instructor. And a black belt Kickboxer! Paul is also Director at St John Ambulance and an Emergency Responder with East Midlands Ambulance Service, bringing a wide background and expertise to your fitness journey.  In 2020, after neglecting flexibility and mobility, Paul found himself unable to touch his toes, squat down fully, and suffering from tight hips and back. He discovered a transformative approach to regain his flexibility and mobility, combining this with strength and proper breathing techniques.  Now, with a renewed focus on these 4 essential elements of  Strength. Nutrition, Flexibility and proper Breathing techniques..he is ready to help you achieve the same level of comprehensive fitness and well-being. (The photo is with me with the family - it is essential I remain fit, flexible and mobile,  to play with Georgia, enjoy walking, cycling together, keep up with sports and generally be fit and well to enjoy life!
